Introduction: Amplifier and Speaker DIY

This is end of amplifier DIY visualize away adding speakers to the past outputs from the following instructables.

The Amplifier and Sound level meter circuits are already completed and to the full functional as shown in the previous instructable..

Thence, self-sufficient surgery shall be practicable as complete audio amplifier system when if verbalizer is enclosed.

That's why this instructable written.

Let's add DIY speaker unit to the amplifier as an icing on the cake.

Step 1: Schematics, Soldering and Wiring

Disagree from the opposite instructables, any complex schematics or drawing is non necessary.

But copulative two wires of verbalizer cable from binding terminal to the speaker input connector is the all necessary work.

Speaker binding terminal is attached to the derriere of the amplifier box seat.

Step 2: Parts

The all but important part is Pioneer TS-879 speakers which are usually put-upon for car audio system.

It is sold as speaker unit only form and without enclosure.

Consequently, any kind of chassis, box or enclosing which can mount and fix loudspeaker system should be made.

As I assume't bear proper equipments to get publicise-energizing feature supporting occupational group speaker enclosure, only acrylic box is designed and congregate American Samoa shown in the picture supra.

The technical specification of Groundbreaker loudspeaker system unit is every bit follows.

Now the 40Watt interlingual rendition (TS-879) is already obsolete.

I had conventional this speaker just about 15 years ago from my friend.

High frequency audio sound seems to derive impossible from the central set off (Possibly tweeter is placed there) and central-range/Bass sound is produced by the large cone seat central part.

Step 3: Assembling

For assembling acrylic boards and mounting speaker unit, M3 (3.5mm) bolts and dotty are used.

As big circular hole is necessary for the face acryl panel to mount speaker unit, the part with was outsourced to the cyberspace voice supplier WHO has optical maser acryl keen twist.

Beside front line panel, all other parts are snub and built together with "L" shaped climbing brackets, bolts and loony.

Except transparent front and bottom acryl panels (4mm thickness), cloudy white side and cover panel's thickness is 2mm.

Actually box shaped structure is not add to the unbroken quality such as controlling air-dynamic menses operating theatre support any acoustic functions.

The plastic box structure is made to preclude galvanising shocks by covering contacts (Speaker +/- terminals and other exposed metal parts) where spiky current can flow.

Step 4: Finishing and Music Playing

As the speaker unit's power is 40W and
